fear ofretaliation for testimony
a 30yr company veteran was present when a supervisor stated he did no want N:''%$s working for him. he is willing to say this but does not want to fearing retaliation how can he report this to the eeoc in writing with out being fired?

Retaliation is also a violation of the Pa Human Relations Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act. Often, when discrimination itself can't be proven, it is easier to show retaliation.
Regardless, if someone has been discriminated against by this supervisor and that person has filed a complaint with EEOC or PHRC, then the other employee should state this to the agency as well. As stated, it is against the law to retaliate against someone who provides truthful testimony documenting the discrimination in a discrimination case.
