Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
I'm a friendly person. I kiss some of the ladies at work (on the cheek course). I was told to stop because someone else doesn't like it. I told the ladies and they are upset because they don't feel harassed by me. Now I feel I'm being harassed by that person. What should I do? I don't know who is the one reporting it. My HR will not let me know.

Hi, anf thank you for submitting your question,
If your HR person at work advised you to stop kissing the females employees, it would be a good idea if you took the HR's suggestion. Even if the women do not find it offensive, it is not considered "proper business decorum".
Kindest Regards,
ANDREA
