Gift Retrival
Is there a law that would prohibit someone from giving a gift and then asking a return of the gift 6 months later due to a fallout of friendship????

It has been a basic tenant of the common law for centuries that a gift, once given, remains the property of the recipient, and may not be re-claimed by the giver regardless of the change in circumstances.
