Harassing Neighbors
My neighbor is threatening to sue me over a compalint letter she received calling her obnoxious and threatening to take the extrem noise levels to the municiaplity for a decision. Only problem, I did not write the letter. She said my fingerprints are on and I have no idea how that could be possible. What should I do?

How would she know whose fingerprints are on it? Did she have it analyzed? It's likely she said that just to see your reaction, to see if you'd admit writing the letter. Ignore her, and leave her alone.
If you do have complaints about noise, don't write letters--call the police.

I agree with Mr. Pascal. It's unlikely that she'd know whose fingerprints were on the letter and she's probably just suspecting that it was you. However, you have at least one other neighbor who thinks she's obnoxious and you apparently both think that her noise levels are extreme. Maybe you should tell her that it wasn't you but if she doesn't turn down the boom box it might be you the next time.
