Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

incident report -possible withheld info.

How can someone acquire a copy of an incident report to insure all info. was included. this info. could be the answer to why my life has become a nightmare.this may have also caused an eviction, criminal charges,and the cruelest treatment I could ever imagine being a part of.

Go down to the police department and ask for a copy in writing. If a lawyer is representing you, have the lawyer get it.
