Injury - Fall
Fell at a restaurant that is claiming they do not have insurance. Contacted a number of attorneys, with no help. Would like to still fight this. Thank you!

You can sue them. You sue for medical bills, time missed from work, etc. If your injuries aren't too bad, you can sue in small claims court. If you win, they will have to pay you.
Insurance is not your worry, its their's.
