ok if i was to get fired because of stealing money which i did not do and they do not have proof of it do i have case

Most employment is "at will" meaning they don't need a reason to fire you.

So, if they fire you and it turns out you didn't steal the money, it doesn't matter,--unless it's what we call a "pretext" (an excuse) to fire you for reasons like ethnicity, gender, age (real or perceived).
