how old do you have to be in order to not have to listen to your parents on what they say cause i am 19 and my mom is trying to control what is do with my bf and were i go and i can't ride with him in his truck

Once you reach eighteen years old, you are an adult. Your parents cannot legally force you to do anything. That being said, if you are not entirely economically independent (for example, if you are still living with them or they give you money) then the issue isn't a legal one but rather a self-preservation issue.
It's the old saying, you live under my house you obey my rules. Parents have the 'power of the purse' over their kids so long as they are taking care of them. If you don't want to obey your parents rules, then you have to be independent.
If you're still living with your mom, then the best way to proceed, I think, is to try and work out a compromise on the issues where you have friction. Good luck.

the day after you 18th birthday you can move out of your parents house.
if you mom was stalking you I guess you could go to the police or to court. if you still live in her house though, it would be pretty tough.
