Is it leagal for a company to keep banging on your door to collect a payment

Sounds pretty extreme. Is this company the Mafia or a loan shark or a drug dealer?

I would like to say no, its not. PA has a law called the Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act. It precludes a creditor from engaging in harassment and I would say that banging on your door repeatedly borders on harassment.
