I live I'm Pa. I am am 39. I am fond of a girl that is 17. I thought she was older and just found out she is 17. The age of consent in Pa is 17. We have not had sex. I want to be wither. Am I ok?

16 is the legal age in Pennsylvania, but 18 is still the age of majority.

Which means she can have sex, but she is still a minor, and you are STILL 22 years older than her. If you are serious about having a relationship with this girl, I would 1) make sure you have written documentation (driver's license, birth certificate, etc, before having any physical contact with her of any kind. 2) Even though she is over the age of consent, she is still a minor, and I think you should meet with her parents as a practical matter. The age difference can lead to other problems, such as corruption of a minor or underage drinking, which could get you arrested.
