Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
Neighbor shot a gun off in his house... Went through wall into my house, out my side window into my other neighbors siding of their home. Gun wasn't registered to him. He also pathed up the hole in his house. Which I would think is tampering with evidens. Police called it an 'accident' but, none of it adds up... He wasn't charged AT ALL. What are my rights?

You could probably sue him for something--reckless endangerment, risking a catastrophe--trespass, but what are your damages? Unfortunately, PA law requires an impact or touching to support a claim for emotional distress.I can't believe the cops didn't charge him with something.
