Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

my right

I went to pick my daughter up at the bar because the bartender had kicked her out. I was trying to get her in my car, when the bouncer ran in the road and stopped the cop,my daughter went to the cop car to tell her she was walking. He proceeded to throw the door open, hitting her with it, and threw her to the ground. They would not let me accompany her to the police station. She is 24...don' t I have the right to be there when I am afraid that they are going to hurt her?
