''Police Harrassing ME''

Ok this is about my boyfriend!! He goes into Subway to buy some food and cop that had pulled him over twice before is in there. He just went to court a week before this because of this cop. So my b/f decided just to buy a drink and leave so he is not in there with the cop. Well the cop decides to follow him out of the store to his car and tells my b/f to never come back around this is his f***ing town you little c**t and while he is doin this he is holding my b/f car door shut and tapping my b/f in the chest with his finger. The cop also says dont go back into subway or i will give you a disorderly conduct! My b/f goes back in two more times and just buys a drink and the cop just repeats himself until my b/f leaves. What is up with THAT????? My b/f has witness inside saying that the cop said '' I wish we where still allowed to beat people'' And also saw the cop following him back and forth from his car to the store!!! If this is harrassment then i dont know what is!!!!!!!!
