Posession

I bought a golden retriever from a breeder and after having her for 8 months i had to find another home for her since she was ruining our new addition in our house, so i gave her to a friend of mine. Now it has been 9 months and i am moving and would like her back.

If the intent was a gift when you moved then you are entitled to the dog.

A gift once given may not be reclaimed. If you made a gift of the dog to your friend you cannot get the dog back unless the friend voluntarily agrees to return it.
