Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

A former roomate (x-boyfriend) moved out of my home 8 months ago. I live in a two bedroom house. He left all his possesions from a 3 bedroom house except a few clothes and toiletries. He has given me a date each month for the last 8 when he will remove it. He has not done so as of yet. What are my options?

Send him a certified letter telling him he has 30 days to remove his stuff from your home or you will consider it to be "abandoned" and will didpose of it yourself.
