Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Can i sue.

I was arrested by one of narcotics strike force officer during one of their drug raid, on that day they lock me up however my car was been used by one of the officer to make more arrest, they took the car back to where i was arrest after they finish their raid, now that am out of jail i went to the police to get my car keys they told me they left inside of my car check inside of my car their r no car keys n i have no spare keys to my car. what i could like to know is can i sue the officer who took my car n misplace my car key?

did you get arrested that night? if so, what happened in that case? you may be able to sue the city, but i can't answer the question unless i know the answers to the above questions.
