Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I have a van in my wife name and mine we split up she wont give it back how do I go about this we r also married in the state of delaware and I want a divorce how is this oossible

It does not matter where you are married but where you have lived for the last 6 months. If that is PA then that is where you need to file for divorce. If your wife is willing to agree to a divorce you can get a divorce in 90 days; otherwise, you must be separated for 2 years.

Regarding the van, you do not indicate what other marital assets and debts there are. You need to discuss this with a family law attorney who practices in your county of residence.
