Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
I currently own a vehicle with someone else and we are not married. there is still a loan on it. it is a possibility of seperatIion. he currently has 2 other vehicles in his name. who has legal rights to this one vehicle.

If it is titled to both of you you each have equal rights of course one can buyout or transfer interest to the other by agreement. however if both names are on the loan you will need to have the loan paid off before title can be titled in the name of one of you.
