Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
I am a volunteer Fire Police Officer (Lieutenant). On February 18th, 2010 while directing traffic at a prior accident I was run over by a truck and trailer. Three days after being released from the hospital my Captain came to my residence and took my Lieutenants Badge and made a statement that "we will see where you fit in when you are able to return thereby demoting me to no rank. About two weeks ago I was released to go back to work without restrictions. My Captain refused to restore me to the position of Lieutenant without explaination and placed other restrictions on me, again without explaination - and has continued to harass me on the job with further restrictions and conflicting restrictions in an attempt to catch me in the act of breaking one of his restrictions and thererfore giving him the right to release (fire) me.
What can I do? - what laws cover me against this kind of treatment?

First off, have you filed for workers' compensation? Have you filed a personal injury action in regards to the truck and trailer running you over?
