My wife and sister were illegally recording my phone conversations at my business and home for
months I found a digital recorder hidden near my business phone with hours of my and my employees conversations. Can I prosecute? And how?

It is a criminal offense in PA to record a person's conversations without their consent. If you want to pursue this, you should report it to the police. If they don't do anything, you can go to your local District Justice office and file a Private Criminal complaint. You can also retain a lawyer, to proceed both crimnally and civilly and recover your attorneys' fees from her. Google PA wiretap law law and it will give you the answers you need.
