work harassment

People at my work call me lucky charms, because I have a red beard. I hate it. These guys tell everyone and I get laughed at alot when I walk by. Even some of the supervisors do this or know others do, its very hard at work when people laugh when you walk by. Do I have a suit?

You might. First of all, you must have COMPLAINED to your supervisor, in WRITING, and keep a copy of this correspondence. Then, if they don't address the problem, you should contact us right away. If you e-mail us, I will provide you with a brief questionnaire to determine how much you can recover.
