Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania
Computer & Technology Law
Our nonprofit organization severed ties with the company that provided web hosting, network and other technology services. The company continues to access our network remotely after we've asked them to ''turn off'' such access to our system. What legal recourse do I have to stop him?

Re: Computer & Technology Law
There are both civil and criminal laws that prevent this sort of behavior. It is unclear why this company continues to access your system (especially if you've stopped paying them). We handle Internet-related disputes on a regular basis, so I'd be happy to chat with you about it. Feel free to give my office a call.
