Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania

My idea for a website

I was thinking of a website that would provide information to the viewer from someone who would know a lot about the item in question. To obtain this information, I was thinking that I would mail a letter of request to obtain this info from someone who would be a very credible source. With this letter I would also attach a contract stating that they would know what they were getting into. My questions are 1) if this would be legal in this manner and 2) If I would be able to provide advertising on this website in order to make money? Thanks for your time.
