Setting Up Medical Non-Profit Corporation

Have a need to defray cost of on-going medical procedures for a minor child...considering set up of Web-site for donations. What are the legal requirements,etc?

Contact your local ISP and your local Masonic lodge. So long as this is legitimate there should be no legal requirements. Getting a lodge to support it should quell any fears of fraud.
