Terms of Service Plicy for Website
Hello,
We are currently developing a website where we will assist clients remotely with a variety of computer problems. We have seen the Terms of Use Policy for sale on the Law Guru and FindLegalForms websites.
Can you advise of what we may need to make sure we cover in this policy? Will the policy you sell work for our needs?
We just want to make sure as once in a great while we may encounter someone trying to cause problems, and we want to have all the bases covered.

I have yet to find a single set of terms that will work for any online business; each set of terms of use, as well as website privacy policies, that I have drafted have been different for each client. I strongly recommend speaking with an attorney well-versed in this area to have a set of terms crafted specifically for your business.
