Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

Can an average civilian ask to produce and inspect my valid concealed weapons permit in Pennsylvania? If not what laws are they themselves breaking if any?

As I said before they can always ask. The question is do you have to show it to them? The short answer is no. Now if they are law enforcement you have to fork it over.
