Are my Constitutional laws protected if i am on private property such as a school(college)?

The constitution limits the power of the government but generally not of individuals or private entities. The government can't violate your rights whether you are on public or private property. But the owner of private property may set limits on what you can do on the property which would be unconstitutional if imposed by the government.
