Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
if the courts dont have the records of your proceedings in that court but you need the record to establish a vaild claim but its not a docket number to that cause, how do i proceed if the courts can not or dont have the documents i needed.... especially if the documents are needed to show cause in anorther state

DJ courts are NOT courts of record. If you want a transcript you need you bring your own stenographer. If you don't have the documents you can't proceed.
