drug liability
On April 21st i brought Morning Glory seeds into my school they confiscated them and suspended me now i have to take random drug testing and I was referred to a Rehab center. I think this is violating my 4th amendment. I was wondering if there is any way i can take this to court and get rid of these random drug testing charges for the 2008-2009 and the 2009-2010 schoolyear.

Morning glory seeds? I have no idea why a school would do drug testing for morning glory seeds. Perhaps someone should tell the school what the seeds are, and try to get them to reverse their decision.
I agree that they have no reasonable suspicion to drug test you randomly if what you are saying is true. You do not say where you are located.
