Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

I am filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy . I had purchased a car and thought I had a co signer but turns out she's owner Nd I'm co owner . We are walking away from the car with bankruptcy and I wanted to know what she could do . I know she can not affect the bankruptcy but after wards could she or once it's filed my ties are done.
