Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
Invasion of privacy
My strange neighbor is crazy. He has his video camera from his window straight to my house entrance. The approximate distance between his side window and my side door entrance is approx. 12 ft. We've reported to the police and they forced his to move his camera away from my side entrance. My question is, since he has no right to invade my privacy, can I have the policy confiscate the tape? I don't know what his intentions are but I want to protect my family. Also, is this harrassment and can I file a complain? Thank you so much for your time.
