Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
I kive in a public housing project in Montogomery County, PA. We have a tenant's Association meeting once a month and it is always started with a prayer. The building is mostly made up of elderly Catholic residents who feel that there is nothing wrong with this. I am non Catholic and feel that this is possibly a violation of the Constitution. Could you please clear this up for me.

Is it constitutional? Probably not. Is it worth going to court then having all you neighbors hate you? Probably not. You could just show up just after the prayer ends. Or you could just sit through it like an ad you don't like on TV.
If the most annoy thing your neighbors do is pray before a meeting. You should offer a pray of thanks.
