Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
Can someone with a legal carry permit sue owners of a gun free zone in the event they are injured/killed in that zone and were unable to defend themselves?

No you can NOT sue. You're dead. Once you're dead even in Pennsylvania you can't sue anybody. Now your estate could sue That said while you have the right to bare arms that doesn't mean a business could not ask you to not come in armed. For example you can't carry a firearm into a court house.
EWven if your estate wanted to bring suit they couldn't win.
