Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
In PA, is it legal for a police officer to ask me for ID if a crime has been committed in the area, but I am not doing anything suspicious/illegal?

No but you could be a witness. Merely given you id to a police officer could hardly be considered an incriminating statement. Or is there something I'm missing.
