Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
As a professional employee in the present day work force, I find myself (and the multitude of others) being harmed financially. I find myself as an abused victim of corporations using temp companies. As a result, unwillingly, my skilled wages are exploited by such a seemingly unjust system. Could this be a violation of the 13th Amendment "Free versus unfree labor � causing or threatening to cause fianancial harm to any person---i.e., using financial control over a person."? Could this be similar to the Flood v Kuhn case (407 U.S. 258)?

Since I have no idea what your profession is I'm going to have to guess that it's not playing center field. Back in 1968 Mr. Flood could only negotiate with one of 20 teams that played major league baseball. I suspect there are more 20 potential employers that could use your skills. Also, I suspect these employers aren't in an association where they can set your salary say like the NFL or NBA with salary caps.
So you have no grounds to sue anybody.
