Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

i was pulled over for driving and drinking. i was given a breatholizer and blood alcohal test but never arrested or given a citation. i have not heard anything in 16 days . what should i do.

This is a criminal law question. Ignoring that do you know if the results indicated a BAC of.08 or more if not you won't be hearing from them. Why? Because you weren't over the limit. If you were you're hear from them soon enough.
