Reserving my rights under UCC 1-207

Does the State of Pa have the right to no let a person reserve there rights on the signture of a drivers licensen? What recource do I have? The State is denieing me,to drive and I can not make a Living in Free Enterprise with my Business.

What can I do? or who can help?

The license to operate a motor vehicle is granted as a Privilege, not a Right! You have no "right to drive." You must fully comply with all rules and regulations of the Motor Vehicle Department to be granted a license to drive. If you do you will be issued one; if you don't you will not, and you have no recourse.

This is an area in which you absolutely 'cannot fight city hall.'
