Search and seizure of home , without warrent.

can the state police enter My home, jewelers studio, barn without a warrent or show me cause for the goverment attack and invasion of my privite home. No Tresspassing posters are placed on each outside door way. 1)No one was in danger of life or liberty.2) No crime was being commited inside my home. Do thay have the RIGHT to break in on speculation?

Search warrants are usually required, but there are exceptions to this rule. You have not described the circumstances of this search, so I have no way of knowing whether an exception applies in your case.

The "no trespassing" signs probably don't affect the analysis here; if a warrantless search was proper than such signs could not prevent the police from entering, and if the search was not proper than it was improper regardless of what signs were on the property.
