Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania
my little sister has served 9 years to date , she excepted a plea deal from the federal courts , now with the new johnson law that has come about , the lawyers contacted her and advised her that she does qualify under this new law , the f.b.i. has made a statement that if she follows through with this that the plea deal would then be off the table and all the origional charges will be filed against her and she will be back to step 1 again having to go to trial and fight them , is this possible and also do the charges that remained on the plea deal fall under the double jeopardy law ..

Some facts no in evidence:
1) Given her current "deal" how much time does she have left.
2) Assuming she's in Federal Prison then she must have plead guilty.
The FBI is probably talking about the charges that were dismissed without prejudice.
What in god's name did she do that 9 years later they still want he in prison?
