When is it legal to tape record a phone conversation and exactly what can be done with the tape recordings, and does it matter if the person being recorded knows or not?

Re: Tape recording phone conversations
It's legal to tape record a phone conversation in Pennsylvania if the other person knows, and gives consent.
If there is no knowledge and consent, the person making the tape can be prosecuted.
If you tell me more specifics about the situation, I can tell you more about when/if/how they can be used.
