Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

useless lawyer

i got a dui & hired an attorney,he charged me 2500 dollars but didn't question witnesses or the cops involved is there anything i can do to get some of my money back.i phoned him several times to see the evidence against me but he avoided returning my calls.

Disputes between lawyers and clients are often handled by your local bar association. Call them to find out what assistance they can offer.
