Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

Video Tape

Im a shopper that was taped by an irate customer at my local k-mart, he put the video on Youtube. I did not sign any concent form and he says its his right to post the video with me in it. Do i have rights to have it removed?

Sure, you could sue him to take the video down or at least conceal your identity. If you do not hire an attorney it would cost you at least court cost and filing fees.
