House
Do you have you legal recourse if your house on currently being sold, and a truck ripped wires down and some siding and some of the wood behind the siding off. Question woudl be do i have legal recourse against the person who did this damage to my house as for not being able to show my house till the damage is fixed which would be anywhere from week to month.

You have a claim for any damages flowing from the accident, BUT, unless it is unsafe, you can still show the house, and it sounds like any repair should not take long. Focus on getting the repair done properly ASAP, as it would be a nightmare to try to sue and actually prove any damages, for a delay in selling the property, especially in this environment. Threaten to sue for not being able to show the place, to get them to fix it ASAP.
