Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

Unfinished Construction Work

I am filing a claim against someone who has not completed construction work. Is it okay to finish want needs to be done and submit bill at to the person we are filing against in court or should we do nothing until hearing is over?

It is a judgment call based on several factors.

If you choose to hire someone to finish, please document everything including any increased costs.

It would be a good idea to retain an attorney now to assist with the decisions.
