Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

I saw an ad on craigslist for a piano. It was listed just the day before, I believe. I emailed the seller to set up a time to see the piano. I had to availabilties Wednesday or Friday, since I get paid that day. The seller responded stating that would be ok and if he didn't make it Wednesday, make it Friday. I planned on purchasing the piano and moving it, based upon my knowledge of the model and I've been playing since I was 2 years old. A photo was also attached, so I could see it was a good piano and I would have to have turner come out anyway if it was moved, so it was my dream come true. On Wednesday morning I read an email saying sorry I couldn't make it last night let's make it Friday it was dated Tuesday feb 23 12:32 am. I responded and said Friday was fine and later asked how many flights of stairs to tell the movers. Today, Thursday, I received an email saying that the first person to look at the piano and wants it and they would let me know whether or not it doesn't work out. They never told me somone was scheduled to look at the piano and I don't believe the person has given them any money yet for the piano.

You didnt really ask a question here, but I presume that you believe that the piano should be yours. You clearly did not have a contract to purchase here, I don't see that there is anything that you can do. The seller can sell to whomever he wants.
