Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Area Restaurant

An area restaurant expanded without going thru the normal planning commission process. The employees and customers are parking in a residential neighborhoods because they have no parking(75 person restaurant with 8 parking spaces) They are valet parking cars in our neighborhood and have destroyed private property

They also have no handicapped parking and are taking parking designated for other businesses. The township officials some to be looking the other way.

What can the residents do?

Re: Area Restaurant

You asked about reigning in a restaurant that expanded improperly.

There are many things that you can do, but none of them are easy or cheap.

You need to contact a local attorney and get him/her involved. An attorney can use both administrative and legal process to get the matter reviewed, and potentially, resolved.

Regards,

Roger
