"I attended a membership drive for a country club. Paid $2,000.00 before leaving to join. Decided three weeks later not to join. Did not use the country club at any time. They will not return my $2,000.00. HELP!"

Whether or not you are entitled to get a refund of the money will depend on what the contract states. I would suggest that you take a look at that. If the contract says that you are entitled to a refund and they still won't refund the money, then you could file a small claims suit or retain a lawyer to do the same.
