i was at a bar and was served a triple shot of jackdaniels in one glass a a beer i was drunk when i got there i ended up in the hostpital can anything b done

Technically, you might have a case against the bar if you continued to be served while you were visibly intoxicated. As a practical matter, most jurors are not going to hold the bar responsible for your own decision to drink. Now if you had injured someone else in the car accident, they would have a good case against you and the bar under PA's Dram Shop Act.
