Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

I bought a new caw 3/23/11 I notice 3/26/11 that it had body work done. Did the new car dealer have to tell me? What are my rights?

If the car was represented to you as being new, and had suffered previous damage, that is fraud and you should the right to rescind the sale. Generally, you have the right to cancel a consumer contract within 3 days. Have you complained to the dealer? What did he say? I would take the car to a body shop to document that body work had in fact been done and then file a complaint with the PA Bureau of Consumer Protection. (http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/consumers.aspx?id=255). I would also contact the auto company (Ford, GM, etc) and report this incident to them. Finally, if none of this works, I would see a lawyer.
