Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I bought frames from my eye doctor for $490. My insurance plan was to cover the lenses. Davis Labs has sent the wrong prescription once after one month and then broke the lenses while they were making the correct prescription and it has been yet another month. I want to cancel the lenses and get a refund for the frames. It has been over 2 months now. Can I get a refund?

Have Davis Labs been paid yet by the insurer? I am not sure why you would need a refund on the frames. Aren't they useable? You should get a refund on the lenses. Two months does not sound reasonable.
I would try sending a letter to someone high enough up the food chain at the company to care. Before sending it, I would do some research on this company and find out what sort of company you are dealing with. If they are scamsters, then you might be better off persuading your insurance company to go after them to recoup the payment.
